Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of dtlabs.app and all software, tools, templates and digital products provided by DT Labs LLC ("DT Labs", "we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a product you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

DT Labs LLC is a limited liability company registered in Montana, USA. Contact: support@dtlabs.app.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person unless we agree otherwise.

3. Licence to use our tools

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own business. Unless a product page states otherwise:

• You may use outputs you create (books, printables, pins, prompts, designs) commercially and keep all revenue from them.
• You may not resell, share, rent or sublicense access to the tools themselves, or share your login.
• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape or build a competing product from our software, templates or prompt libraries.
• Automated access, bulk extraction or circumventing usage limits is prohibited.

4. Your content and AI outputs

You own the content you upload and the outputs you generate. You are solely responsible for them, including for checking that anything you publish or sell is accurate, original and legal.

Trademarks and copyrighted characters. You must not use our tools to create content featuring characters, brands, logos or works owned by others (for example Disney, Pokemon, Marvel or any other third-party IP) unless you have a licence. We may block such prompts and may suspend accounts that attempt it.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or similar to other outputs. Review everything before publishing. Platforms such as Amazon KDP, Etsy and Pinterest have their own rules on AI content and you are responsible for complying with them.

5. Purchases, pricing and refunds

Prices are shown in USD before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, WarriorPlus or PayPal. One-time purchases are one-time: no recurring charges unless a product is clearly labelled as a subscription, in which case the billing cycle and cancellation method are shown before you buy and you can cancel at any time from your account or by email. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to spam, harass, infringe rights, distribute malware, violate any platform's terms of service, or break any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with a refund where our Refund Policy applies.

7. No earnings claims

Our tools help you create and promote digital products faster. We make no promise that you will earn any particular amount, or anything at all. Any examples shown are illustrative. Your results depend on your effort, skill, niche, pricing and market conditions.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may add, change or retire features. If we discontinue a paid product within 12 months of your purchase, we will offer a reasonable alternative or a pro-rated refund.

9. Third-party services

Our tools rely on third-party AI providers, hosting and payment processors. We are not responsible for their availability or policies. Links to other sites are provided for convenience only.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DT Labs LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DT Labs LLC against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montana, unless applicable consumer law gives you additional rights in your country.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
