This Privacy Policy explains how DT Labs LLC ("DT Labs", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use dtlabs.app and any software or service we provide (the "Services").
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name (optional) and email address when you register, sign in or contact us.
- Content you create or upload — text, images, files and settings you enter into our tools so the tools can produce your output. We only use this content to provide the Service to you.
- Purchase information — when you buy a paid product, our payment partners (Stripe, WarriorPlus, PayPal) handle your payment. We receive your name, email, the product purchased and transaction ID. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and timestamps, collected automatically through server logs and cookies needed for login and security.
2. How we use information
- To create and manage your account and deliver the tools you use.
- To process purchases, licences and refunds.
- To send transactional emails (login links, receipts, important service notices).
- To send product updates and occasional offers only if you opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To provide support, prevent abuse and keep the Service secure.
- To improve our tools using aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.
3. AI processing
Some tools send the text or images you provide to third-party AI providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or OpenRouter) to generate results. Your inputs are transmitted only for that purpose and are subject to those providers' data policies. Do not submit confidential or personal data about other people into AI tools.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI providers, analytics), with authorities when required by law, or with your consent.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in, session and security. We may use basic analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may then not work.
6. Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Generated files and uploads may be deleted automatically after a period of inactivity. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@dtlabs.app. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
8. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
9. Children
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. International transfers
DT Labs LLC is a US company and our servers and providers may be located in the United States and other countries. By using the Service you consent to this transfer.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
